WHAT WE REALLY ARE

Who are you?
What we really are,
By race, gender, family, economic level, work...
If I put away all these label, tags, the real me, (you);
that's the "I" still stands.
And that's what we really are.
Deep from the centre within.
Our perceptions, thoughts...
They create our own personality.
Thus,the book of Proverbs puts it: "guard your heart with all diligence.
For that's where LIFE springs from."
What we think,
we become.
What we see,
Is that which we really are.
And that becomes the world around us.
Of our very own craft.
Thus, as St. Paul would put it in the Holy scriptures:
"be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind."
"Finally, believers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God’s word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart]."
We are what really comes from the Centre within us.
And from the centre within,
Life takes its shape as without;
Be it for a reward or punishment, blessing or a curse.
