To the men who stay—
Even when the weight is silent,
Even when the world tells you
“Be strong” but never says how.
To the ones who carry
What they don’t speak of,
Who show up,
Even when it hurts.
You are seen.
You are not just providers,
You are protectors of peace,
And peace belongs to you too.
You are allowed to exhale.
Allowed to rest.
Allowed to cry without apology.
Strength isn’t silence.
It’s staying soft
In a world that demands steel.
So here’s to the men—
The gentle giants,
The ones learning to feel,
To ask for help,
To heal.
We see you.
We thank you.
We honor you—
Not just for what you do,
But for who you are.
