Your name brought smiles

There was a time
Your presence brought comfort

Your smile brought satisfaction

There was a time

But... Now

Now, it fades away

The smiles bring tears
The name sheds pain
The presence feels cold

How did it happen?
I'm not sure

How did we get here?
I can't figure

But...

What I know
What I figured
What I realized
What I accepted

love always dents out of us like an insect, first we get butterflies in our belly and then comes the reverse metamorphosis that tells us that love can be a pest. it can eat you up like a cartepillar and then you begin to question if you really can define "love" but at the end it is simply but a voluntary sacrifice.
