the road to my heart is
even. to every admirer
a ride is given.
.
no hitch or ditch. no
snitch can have a place
for a shadow to pitch.
.
no crook or nook. come
quickly and look. no spook
to chortle even at a sook.
.
ti's great and straight. i
tarry, be not late. make
haste, time's still chaste.
.
the road to my heart is
not rough or tough. not too
long to walk if you're in love.
.
If you perverse, on the road
you'll traverse, till you inverse
out of the romantic verse.
