Naked But Not Ashamed

I stood in the garden of broken dreams,
No fig leaves, no silken seams.
The world saw my scars, my pain, my flame,
Yet I stood naked, but not ashamed.
The serpent hissed, “You’ve lost it all!”
But heaven whispered, “You still stand tall.”
Stripped of wealth, of pride, of name,
I’m covered in mercy, clothed in grace.
Adam fell, and Eve did too,
But redemption came and made me new.
No guilt, no chains, no lingering blame,
I am naked, yet not ashamed.
The earth may laugh, the crowds may jeer,
But the voice of God is all I hear:
“My child, you’re mine, I know your name,
You’re naked now, but free from shame.”
