When tears fall like the rain,
And heartache causes you pain,
Remember, you are strong and bright,
A shining star in the dark of night.

Your emotions, they ebb and flow,
Like the waves that gently kiss the shore below,
Allow yourself to feel, to cry, to heal,
For in the vulnerability, your heart will reveal.

You are loved, you are dear,
A precious soul, always near,
To those who care, to those who see,
Your worth, your beauty, wild and free.

So take a breath, and let it go,
Allow the calm to gently flow,
Remember, you are not alone,
You are loved, you are home. 🫰🏻
