HE WHO MADE GODS PAUSE
(A Reflection from the SIMU Collection)
He was that ever-brave soul —
The one who dared lay his bed
Where even angels feared to glance,
Much less tread.
Unrelenting, unbending —
A force that carved its name
Upon the silence between courage and chaos.
He was that spirit who marched through storms
Where courage itself would stop,
Turn back,
And question its purpose.
Odogwu.
Boss.
Chairman.
Not even fate could size him,
Nor destiny claim him.
He wore existence like a crown
Forged in fire and defiance.
It was he who made even gods hesitate —
Who gave immortals pause,
Those who had watched stars ignite and fade,
Those who had seen time itself kneel before creation —
They stepped aside when he walked through.
For they knew:
This was no mere man.
This was will incarnate.
A storm wearing flesh.
A legend breathing between worlds.
And when he passed,
Even eternity looked back —
In silence,
In awe,
In remembrance.
