One of the most challenging and brutal realities is acknowledging that certain individuals are destined to occupy a temporary position in our lives, rather than a permanent one. Similar to the cyclical nature of the seasons, the twist for humans lies in our finite lifespan, rendering our lives ephemeral. Our seasons may emerge singularly, devoid of repetition, unlike the natural elements. We often find ourselves lost in the past, reluctant to relinquish the memories of bygone seasons and the comfort they provided, trapped in a temporal vortex, ensnared by the quicksand of time, which pulls us deeper. Unwilling to confront the truth, we struggle to accept the soul-crushing reality of moving forward.
