𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐎𝐟 𝐁𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐞𝐧

Trapped in my shell, I yearn for freedom,
To socialize, to connect, and to be more.
But doubts creep in – a powerful force –
And I retreat to solitude's gentle shore.

Back to loneliness, my comfort zone,
Where fear of rejection makes me atone.
I tried today, with courageous heart,
But distance won, and we remained apart.

I tried today, with boldness in my soul,
But my heart grew cold, and lost its role.
Maybe someday, I'll spread my wings,
And break free from these imprisoning things.

Someday, I won't be trapped and alone,
And then, I'll find my tribe, my heart's home.
Where love and laughter sing in harmony,
And distance ceases to be a melancholy.
