Do not call me good!
#poetrylife Don't call me "good," you see, For it's not a label I'd ever claim to be. To be "good" is to be failed, For those who strive for goodness are oft betrayed. The truly good are ever unnoticed, While the truly bad are feared and revoted. I'll not desire that title you see, For "good" is not what I want to be. #poetrycreator
Fire's Warmth
#poetry There is a fire, Deep within her soul, A light that burns, And won't let go. It illuminates, The darkest night, A beacon of hope, A guiding light. It blazes bright, Beyond the storm, A flame of strength, That keeps her warm. It's more than just a fire, It's a force of life, A passion strong, That cuts like a knife.
